Who is responsible
N-Thesis runs this website and is responsible for the information described here. For any question about it, write to contact@n-thesis.com.
What the website collects
When you send the contact form, we receive what you typed:
- your name and email address;
- your company and timeline, if you give them;
- the project context you describe.
The website uses no advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and images are served from our own server. It uses Google Analytics only if you agree to it, as described below; until then, visiting a page sends no information to third parties.
To protect the form from abuse, the server briefly keeps the IP address of each submission in memory to limit how many messages can be sent from one address. It is not stored. As with most websites, the infrastructure that serves the site may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for operating and securing it.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, the website loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit: the pages you view and for how long, your approximate location and your type of device and browser. We use it only to understand which pages are useful. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, and nothing you type in the contact form is sent.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent. You can change your choice at any time with “Analytics settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
What happens to your message
Your message is sent by email to contact@n-thesis.com through an internal mail service operated by N-Thesis. That service sends email through Google’s Gmail and keeps a copy of each email it sends, so that delivery problems can be investigated.
We use your message to reply to you and to discuss the work you describe. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside N-Thesis, other than the email providers needed to deliver it.
Please do not send confidential information, personal records or patient data through the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on the conversation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will remove it from our inbox and from the mail service’s records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@n-thesis.com and we will respond.
